I bought some boots at their Willow Park location a few months ago and a spot by the sole started to get worn and come apart very quickly. Two months later after wearing them I took them back and asked what we could do. Without even skipping a beat the owner came out with a brand new pair and swapped them out at no charge with no questions asked. I would recommend this place to anybody. Thank you Lazy J for the awesome customer service!
